Beyond Dental Care is an award-winning dental business specialising in cosmetic dentistry, with a mission to make beautiful, confident, and life-changing smiles available to all Australians. After struggling with their old server-based system across two practices, and with growth plans in mind, their Operations Manager, Sarah, looked into cloud-based dental practice management systems.
A search brought Sarah to Principle, and after signing up as a beta tester, the Beyond Dental Care team was quickly impressed by the features and level of support from the Principle team. This benefit will be further realised as Beyond Dental Care brings on two new locations later this year, with no specialised hardware, software or installation, making the expansion so much easier.

Migrate with confidence
Migrating from Beyond’s existing software was a smooth process. The data that Principle brings across is incredibly comprehensive – full lists of everything we bring across from existing software can be found here. After the data was migrated, Sarah and her team were able to check their data to ensure they were happy with it in advance of their go-live date. The Principle team were there to guide and support Beyond Dental Care every step of the way.
Launch day and beyond
Before launch, the team completed a series of customised training workshops with a Principle Customer Success Manager. On launch day, Principle’s Customer Success Team made themselves available to assist with queries, but also helped with their first few patients that attended the practice, ensuring a smooth transition.
As the practice grew, Sarah found that it was easy to bring her team up to speed on the new software, with support from the Principle team as well as online videos and other training materials.

In a recent conversation with Sarah, she divulged, patient treatment planning is now quick and easy, and all patient communications are handled in one platform, with set and forget SMS and email automations doing the heavy lifting.
